These were my first tentative steps into the Solar System with my astrophotography. I was using a Canon 300D back then and learning how to focus in the dark. The two comets appear rather faint – but in my defence, they were a long way away!
All five images were taken with my Meade LX-90 Schmidt-Cassegraine telescope. The solar image was taken with an Orion solar filter.
