I looked enviously at your nice equipment and dreamed. Then, my lower back started to hurt 😢 . I can’t do those lifts any more.

I’m sorry you can’t do that – and you’re not the only astronomer I know who has been forced to avoid heavy equipment.
The EQ6-R mount is my heaviest item (20 kg) and I am able to cope. I never place it on the ground, I never carry it more than a couple of metres and I always keep my back straight when holding it to avoid any recurring back injuries.
I’ve never had an injury due to astronomy. My back pain began over forty years ago when I put too much effort into ten-pin bowling. 🥴

It is frustrating. But, I try to get the most out of simple lighter equipment.
